Product design for startups that need to launch this quarter

You raised the round, the developers are ready, and the product is the bottleneck. Six weeks later it is not: designed, tested with real users, and handed to your team as a system they build from without waiting on anyone.

A product system your developers can build from

01
User flows and information architecture

Core journeys, navigation and the logic between screens, mapped before UI.

02
UX and UI design

Every screen designed by hand in Figma, including empty, loading and error states.

03
Design system foundations

Components, tokens and variants so your team can extend the product without me.

04
Interactive prototype

A clickable prototype for user testing, investor demos and developer handoff.

05
Developer-ready handoff

Annotated specs and a walkthrough with your engineers. React and Tailwind components on request.

06
Two revision rounds per stage

Built into the fixed price. No hourly surprises.

WEEK 1-2
Discovery and user flows

We start from whatever you have: a sketch, a Notion doc, a vibe-coded prototype, or a competitor you like. In two working sessions we define who the product is for, what it must do first, and which journeys matter most. Those become user flows, a prioritised screen list, and two visual directions to choose from.

Deliverables
User flows for the core journeys
Screen list with priorities
Two visual directions
Confirmed scope and fixed price
WEEK 2-3
Core screens

The three to five screens that define the product, designed by hand at full fidelity: the main dashboard or feed, the key workflow, onboarding, and one edge case. This is where the visual language, spacing, components and tone get decided, so everything after it is consistent by default.

Deliverables
3 to 5 core screens, final UI
Colour, type and spacing tokens
First components in Figma
Two revision rounds
WEEK 2-5
Full product and system

The remaining screens are built out from the core set, including empty, loading, error and success states, responsive variants, and the settings and admin surfaces most designers skip. Screens are generated from the established system with AI and polished by hand, which is how a full product fits into a fixed price.

Deliverables
All screens, all states
Responsive variants
Design system with components and variants
Two revision rounds
WEEK 5-6
Prototype and handoff

The product is wired into a clickable prototype for user testing and investor demos, then handed over in a walkthrough with your engineers: annotated specs, component logic, responsive notes and edge cases. If your team builds in React, production-ready React and Tailwind components can replace the Figma-only handoff.

Deliverables
Clickable prototype
Annotated Figma handoff
Engineer walkthrough call
Optional React and Tailwind components
