Rough s.r.o. runs rh.design and is the controller of your personal data. For anything related to how we handle it, write to robin@rh.design.

We only work with data you give us yourself, usually through the contact form, by email or when you book a call. That typically means:

• your name, email address and phone number,
• your company name and role,
• the content of your message and details about your project,
• billing details, if we end up working together,
• technical data about your visit, such as IP address, device and browser, and cookies.

• to reply to your inquiry, schedule a call and prepare a proposal,
• to deliver our services and meet our obligations under a contract,
• to issue invoices and keep the records the law requires,
• to understand how the website is used and make it better,
• to measure and improve our marketing, if you agree to it,
• to protect our legitimate interests, for example when resolving a dispute.

We rely on four legal grounds: performing a contract or taking steps before one is signed, our legitimate interest, your consent (mainly for statistics and marketing cookies) and compliance with legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules.

• Inquiries and everyday communication: up to 12 months after our last contact.
• Contracts, invoices and accounting records: for the period set by law.
• Data based on your consent: until you withdraw it.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business and who are bound to protect it:

• Webflow, which hosts this website,
• iClosed, which powers call booking,
• Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager) and Meta, for statistics and marketing, only with your consent,
• Cookiebot by Usercentrics, which stores your cookie choices,
• email, cloud storage and accounting providers.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, to measure traffic and for marketing. Consent is managed by Cookiebot and you can change or withdraw it at any time. Details are on the Cookies page.

You can ask us at any time to:

• give you access to your data and a copy of it,
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
• erase your data or restrict how we use it,
• transfer your data to you or to another controller,
• stop processing based on legitimate interest, if you object to it.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
